Hard Coat Low-E Glass

Hard Coat Low-E Glass is a coated glass with a high reflection ratio to the far infrared ray with a wavelength of 4.5~25um. In winter, it can reflect indoor heating radiation infrared heat energy, radiation rate is generally less than 0.25, can protect the heat energy in the room. In summer, the coating will reduce the amount of re-radiated heat into the building thereby keeping indoor cooler. Total heat gain is reduced. Hard Low-E glass( On-line Low-E) is made by coating a thin metallic oxide layer during the glass production via CVD or MOCVD technologies. Hard Coat Low-E Glass is durable and difficult to scratch, can be used for single-glazed application with higher U-values. As it is coated on line continuously with high temperature without extra heating, cleaning or drying, it can be manufactured with large scale in low cost.
