Laminated security window glass consists of two or more layers of glass glued together using one or more plastic inter-layers under high heat and pressure.The glass and inter-layers can be made in many different colours, performance characteristics and thicknesses in order to provide the desired performance and appearance.
Less dangerous
laminated glass windows reduce the risk of being cut by shattered glass because when the laminated glass is broken, its vinyl inner layer keeps the fragments from scattering stay affixed to the inter layers.
