Whether it is mechanical or manual cutting, if you find that the protective film is partially wrinkled and affects the cutting, you should level the protective film before cutting. When cutting products, do not use suction cups to absorb the coated surface.

3. After the glass is cut, the glass should be placed flat on the 6-7, A-shaped frame (or L-shaped frame), and the number of stacked should not exceed 30 pieces. After tempering and tempering, the innermost membrane of the rack is placed on the outside, and the rest of the membrane faces inside.

4. The glass should be cut, edged, tempered, and hollowed as soon as possible after unpacking. It cannot be stored in the air for too long. After unpacking, the glass should be hollowed out within 24 hours, otherwise, the film surface may be oxidized and dried and sealed The packaging can be stored longer.

Cleaning and maintenance of coated hollow glass:

1. The surface of the coated glass should be kept clean. In daily cleaning, use a soft cloth and neutral detergent to scrub the surface of the film, and then wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with water.

2. The coated glass should not be exposed to acid and alkali solutions, and at the same time, avoid using detergents containing corrosive or oxidizing substances during cleaning.

3. Customers who need to process large quantities of coated glass for hollow glass and laminated glass, when using a glass washing machine to clean the coated glass, should first check whether the washing machine equipment will damage the film of the coated glass.

4. When cleaning coated glass, the water used in the cleaning machine must be treated as pure water.

5. The close contact of the screens, curtains, cabinets, etc. used indoors with the coated glass may cause the thermal explosion of the glass. Under any circumstances, it is prohibited to use sharp or hard objects to scratch the surface.
